Bogdan was very professional and friendly. He spoke English which was also very helpful for communication. The apartment feels very clean and refreshed. I only wish he would have said that he couldn’t thoroughly clean the WC because there was no toilet brush. The WC bowl was not cleaned or was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Other than this, I would use this service again because the cleaner gave a pleasant experience.

Alles wie immer toll, auch wenn wir überall Wäsche hatten wegen einem Notfallwaschgang. Alles sauber geworden.

Daria was very friendly, punctual and hard-working. She had to go up and down the stairs many times to dispose of the dirty water. We are very pleased with the result. Thank you very much, Daria!
