After the completion of the order, we will automatically create the next one for the same time in one/two or four weeks, depending on your chosen regularity. The same contractor will be assigned to the cleaning (if you rated the cleaning with 5 stars)

After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date

We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time

Is the move-out cleaning suitable for getting my rental deposit (Kaution) back?

Yes. Our Endreinigung covers kitchen cabinets inside and out, oven and hood degreasing, bathroom descaling, baseboards, and windows, accompanied by an official CleanWhale GmbH invoice for your landlord (Übergabeprotokoll).
