We have the most flexible cancellation system: if there are more than 4 hours before the order, it can simply be cancelled in your personal account. If less than 4 hours remain, it can be cancelled with a minimum payment to the contractor (0% platform commission). If the contractor has already arrived, the full cost will be charged.

You can edit the order in your personal account at any time – even during service execution. For example, if it's raining and there's no point in washing windows, just log into your personal account and cancel the window washing. The amount will be recalculated immediately. You can also change the payment method – for example, from cash to card or vice versa.

The order start time can be changed up to 4 hours before the actual start. You need to log into your personal account and select a new time. If you chose the "Confirm time the day before the order" option, you will receive an SMS reminder in the evening – and through the link you can specify the desired time.
