Will I have a receipt?

If you pay in cash, there is no receipt. This follows the Ukrainian legislation concerning consumer services provided by a private entrepreneur. The cleaner leaves you a service delivery act in any format: it can be a check-list containing the amount paid, the date and information on the cleaning. You also always receive a confirmation email or text message.

If you pay for the cleaning by a credit card, you will receive an e-receipt, which is considered a valid fiscal paper.

The order price and estimated service time are shown on the order page. In 99% of cases, the order price does not change. If the service requires significantly more time, the price may change – we will notify you, agree on the changes and explain what specifically needs more time.

The order is paid by card, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay after the service is completed. If you chose card payment when placing the order, we block the funds, but the charge only occurs after the service is completed (or is immediately cancelled if the order is cancelled). Payment security is guaranteed by the Stripe payment platform.
